The Inventor of Treegator®

The Treegator® Slow Release Watering Bag was invented and patented by W. Lambert Cissel, Jr. of Woodbine, MD.
The Cissel family has been in the landscape industry for over 40 years as a grower of turfgrass and ornamental shade trees.
Treegator® was originally designed to assist with summer digging at the family nursery. Soon after, knowledge of its effectiveness created demand from contractors and nurseries in the area.
