What IS covered under the limited warranty:

• Product failure due / relating to:

- Defect(s) in any materials used in the manufacturing process.
- Faulty or poor workmanship by the manufacturer.

What IS NOT covered under the limited warranty:

• Product failure due / relating to:

- Abuse, accidental damage, animal / rodent damage, or vandalism.
- Improper use or storage as per installation instructions & handling precautions.

• Any other damage(s) or failure(s) not caused by faulty materials and/or workmanship.

Please Read:

1. A warranty claim must be submitted within 5 years (Treegator® Original) or 3 years (Treegator® Jr. Pro) from the original date of purchase (Proof of purchase may be required)
2. Warranty claims submitted via this web site are only valid for the United States and Canada. Warranty claims outside the United States and/or Canada must be submitted directly to the dealer / retailer.
3. Any / all Treegator® products deemed to be defective by the manufacturer will be replaced with a Treegator® model of equal value.
4. Spectrum Products, Inc. does not issue refunds and / or credits for any defective Treegator® item(s).
5. Defective Treegator® item(s) may be required to be returned to manufacturer for inspection before replacement product is provided - Products deemed unusable upon inspection may not be returned.
6. Any products deemed to be defective per the criteria noted in the limited warranties above will be replaced with a Treegator® model of the same kind at no charge to the customer.

Note: Treegator® and/or Gatorbag® brand products are solely designed to assist the user in properly watering a tree. Spectrum Products Inc., the manufacturer of Treegator® brand watering bags recommends that product users follow the installation instructions and precautions provided for each Treegator® brand product. Installation instructions may be found on any provided product tags, packaging materials and at Any other use or misuse of Treegator® and/or Gatorbag® brand products for purposes not designed by the manufacturer for its products, is not recommended. Spectrum Products Inc. and its affiliates will not be responsible for any proper, improper, or misuse of Treegator® and/or Gatorbag® brand products.

Submit a Warranty Claim (US / CANADA Only)

Submit only 1 (one) warranty claim per Treegator® purchase, person / company / household. You do not need to place a warranty claim for each defective Treegator® item - however, if you are submitting a warranty claim for different Treegator® models, then separate claims must be submitted.

- Please supply as much information as possible.
- Claim must be accompanied with at least 1 digital image of defective area(s) of product.
- Not supplying digital images for a warrany claim may affect your claim's approval.
