Returns
Treegator.com has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS BEFORE CONTACTING US FOR APPROVAL
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted.
You, the customer, are responsible for all charges associated with return shipping costs and methods. Any items returned may be subject to a 5% restocking fee, depending on their condition upon arrival at our facilities.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All products that have been opened, used, or purchased beyond 30 days from the date of return are not eligible for return or refund.
Fraud Prevention & Order Risk Policy
At Treegator.com, we take fraud prevention and customer security seriously. To ensure the safety of all transactions, we rely on Shopify's fraud analysis system to assess the risk level of each order placed on our website.
Shopify Fraud Analysis & Order Risk Assessment
Shopify uses multiple factors to determine the risk level of an order. To meet Shopify's fraud analysis criteria and avoid potential order cancellation, the following conditions must be satisfied when placing an order:
- A VPN or web proxy internet connection should not be used during checkout.
- The IP address used at checkout must be near the shipping address associated with the order.
- The Card Verification Value (CVV) must be entered correctly at checkout.
- The billing street address must match the registered address of the credit card used for payment.
- The billing ZIP or postal code must match the registered address of the credit card used for payment.
- Only one payment attempt should be made using a single credit card per order.
- The billing country must match the country from which the order is placed.
Any order that is flagged as "Medium" or "High" risk by Shopify's fraud analysis system may be canceled and fully refunded.
If your order is canceled due to a fraud risk flag, you are welcome to place a new order at Treegator.com, ensuring that all of the above criteria are met to reduce the likelihood of your order being flagged again.

Refunds
Only items returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase are eligible for refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. A restocking fee of 5% may be deducted from the refunded amount. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
